Ecommerce Advertising Specialist

We are a rapidly growing marketing agency seeking an experienced digital advertising specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in e-commerce and home services brands, preferably with experience working in India and the USA.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research on customer demographics to create relevant ad copy and funnel structures.
- Develop strong client relationships and communicate effectively.
- Design and execute A/B tests to gather valuable insights.
- Maintain a data-driven approach to inform decision-making.
- Create new ad angles, creative variations, promotions, and landing page improvements to increase return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry changes and incorporate them into our strategy.
- Collaborate with our team and brands to achieve target key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write direct response-focused creative copies and edit marketing copy with excellent grammar.
Requirements:
- Experience managing paid ads campaigns on Facebook/Google for e-commerce/DTC brands.
- Minimum of $25,000 in ad spend managed.
- At least 2-4 years of performance marketing experience.
