AP Manager with EMEA and APAC Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AP Manager to lead our accounts payable team in handling vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursement requests. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of all vendor invoices and employee expense reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all vendor invoices and employee expense reports are processed in a timely and accurate manner, meeting strict service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee the approval process for all expenses by authorized company managers.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Support the month-end close process and work closely with the treasury team to manage cash flow.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and colleagues across departments.
  • Lead and train AP team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements

  • A postgraduate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, with at least 6 years of experience in accounts payable procedures in global companies.
  • Experience in handling EMEA and APAC regions is essential.
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts, practices, and principles.
  • Proficiency in computerized accounting systems and ERP software, such as Tipalti and NetSuite Financials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple requests/expectations.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of professionalism and sensitivity when handling confidential information.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Consilio LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
