Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise the bar and further develop the strong team spirit and unique individuality of each team member.
  • Mentor and develop the team, ensuring they focus on the right priorities and receive necessary support.
  • Support the business to ensure client/partner technical requirements and timelines are met.
  • Ensure efficient task distribution within the team, provide them with the necessary tools and training to perform effectively.
  • Work closely with Technical Solutions Leads in the APAC region.
  • Support hiring team members and be responsible for their successful onboarding.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts on Criteo Technical guidelines & processes to deliver improvements.
  • Report activities and performances to your manager on a regular basis

Performance Metrics:

  • Be the arbiter of quality work in the team.
  • Focus on driving core KPIs (Reduce ticket resolution times and handle optimization & support ticket volumes).
  • Maintain team engagement.
  • Strengthen partnership with other teams in Criteo.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science or technology-related degree.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken & written.
  • Experience in reviewing and debugging code in HTML, JavaScript software languages.
  • Proactivity associated with a 'can do' way of working.
  • Team spirit-oriented, sharing best practices and open to training other team members.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of interlocutors.
  • Project Management skills ensuring internal and external teams meet deliverables on time and under budget.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and problem solver by nature with an extreme capacity to think out of the box.
  • Autonomous personality and interested in taking initiatives and leading projects.
  • Pre-sales/Sales engineer skills to develop new business from the technical angle on existing clients or helping sign new ones in collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Problem-solving and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious by definition - Passion for solution consultation and business analysis.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize, and execute a large number of tasks, and resolve issues quickly.

About the Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
