Join Our Team as an Elearning Support Specialist

Estimated Salary: ₹400,000 - ₹600,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Elearning Support Specialists. As an Elearning Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch training administration support to our clients across the EMEA, NAM, and APAC regions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with training administration issues via email
  • Providing customers with resolutions and training scheduling options
  • Gathering additional information about reported issues
  • Performing detailed case analysis and documenting cases in the system
  • Generating daily and weekly reports for customers on Microsoft Excel
  • Performing training management activities on Learning Management Systems

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate degree from a recognized university
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
