Area Sales Manager

Born Good is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to spearhead our outdoor distribution efforts in India. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our brand presence in the outdoor retail sector.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned geographical area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with outdoor retailers, distributors, and dealers to expand the company's presence in the outdoor retail sector.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on outdoor distribution.
- Develop and execute sales plans, promotions, and product launches in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
- Strong understanding of the outdoor retail market in India.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
