Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for a leading procurement platform. This role will involve troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with various teams to enhance system functionality, and ensuring smooth operations of the platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2, 3 support for the platform, resolving complex issues reported by users and internal teams.
  • Investigate and diagnose application issues, performing root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with development and technical teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and upgrades to the platform.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, issue resolutions, and system configurations.
  • Assist in user training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower users and reduce support requests.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.
  • Stay updated on platform features, best practices, and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to the platform.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of software development principles and methodologies.
