Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ServiceNow implementation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in managing complex IT service management projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of ServiceNow instances, from initial setup and configuration to ongoing maintenance and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects
  • Develop and implement business processes and workflows using ServiceNow's Flow Designer and business rules
  • Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow configurations, including catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and streamline workflows
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ServiceNow
  • Proven expertise in Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and other ServiceNow features
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
