Job Title: Team Lead for Food and Beverage Services

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Complaint Handling: Handle guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Team Management: Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Rapport Building: Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
- Productivity Improvement: Assist to improve productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utilitypayroll costs within acceptable guidelines.
- Outlet Operations: Assist to ensure that the outlet is operated in line with maximising profit while delivering on the brand promise.
