Service Staff Position

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Maintain cleanliness, table setups, and service areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  4. Assist in billing, guest queries, and upselling signature dishes, promoting revenue growth and excellent customer satisfaction.
  5. Support the team in day-to-day restaurant operations, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0–2 years of experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • A positive attitude, discipline, and adaptability in a fast-paced setup, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
