Field Service Management Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Field Service Management expert to lead the implementation of IFS applications for our clients across North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with clients, business analysts, and solution architects to understand their business needs and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver workshops to map and document business processes, use cases, and requirements for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the client's internal teams to design and implement efficient field service management solutions.
  • Structure and execute demos of the IFS application for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide training, education, and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to support our clients effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our clients and ensure timely resolution of any issues that may arise during the implementation process.
  • Configure the IFS application to meet functional requirements and keep up-to-date with the latest IFS releases and developments.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and provide expertise to drive sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, computer information systems, supply chain management, operations management, or mathematics.
  • Proven experience of 4-6 years as a Field Service Management consultant working with IFS FSM and/or IFS Cloud.
  • Strong industry knowledge within the Field Service Management space.
