As an Executive Operations Partner, you will play a pivotal role in helping the Founders scale the organization across key business functions including sales, marketing, community, operations, and strategy.

You will serve as a strategic advisor to the Founders, overseeing the execution of projects that span all parts of the business. Your expertise will be invaluable in solving high-impact problems that require cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience, a passion for driving growth in early-stage organizations, and a keen interest in commercial strategy.

A successful Executive Operations Partner will lead company-wide initiatives, drive revenue planning, and design key business metrics and dashboards.
