Partner Operations Management Specialist

Job Title:
A Partner Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting internal projects by managing key initiatives, help desks, and performance metrics.
Key responsibilities include maintaining active certifications, tracking progress toward certification goals, and providing support to team members in achieving specific requirements.
Additionally, you will manage and triage help desk requests, coordinate L2 and L3 escalations, deliver accurate and timely reporting on partner center metrics, and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
In this capacity, you will facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, identify opportunities eligible for PAL or POR attribution, and ensure accurate attribution once requirements are met.
You will also support preparation and execution of quarterly business reviews and executive business conferences.
As a seasoned professional with expertise in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs, you possess strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a detail-oriented data-driven mindset.
