What we are looking for: We are looking for Partner Ops Specialist for one of our internal projects.

Role: Partner Ops Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Shift timings: 9 Hours

Years of experience: 7+ Years of experience

Key Responsibilities

Certification Management


• Maintain and update the list of Launch's active certifications.


• Track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements.

Help Desk Management


• Manage and triage help desk requests with Client.


• Coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution.

Reporting & Insights


• Deliver accurate, timely reporting on Partner Center metrics such as Azure consumption , certifications, customer adds, CPOR/PAL attach, and other KPIs.


• Provide actionable insights to the partnership team to drive decision-making.

Outbound Referrals & Co-Sell Support


• Facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, ensuring offer attachment to protect performance metrics.

Pipeline Identification & Attribution


• Identify opportunities eligible for PAL (Partner Admin Link) or POR (Partner of Record) attribution.
• Ensure attribution requirements are captured and executed post-contracting (including follow-up 30+ days after deal closure).


• Ensure accurate PAL and POR attribution once requirements are met. Execution & Collaboration


• Support preparation and execution of QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and EBCs (Executive Briefings).

Qualifications & Skills


• Strong understanding of partner ecosystem.


• Experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs.


• Strong organizational and project management skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


• Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
