We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Soft Skills Strategist. This role is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning modules to enhance business communication and interpersonal capabilities across teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and facilitate training sessions on Professional Communication, SMART Goal Setting, Strategy, Storytelling, and Client/Patient Communication.
  • Develop engaging content, case studies, and role-play scenarios to enhance practical learning.
  • Deliver interactive workshops, webinars, and virtual sessions for diverse learner groups.
  • Coach participants on business communication, writing skills, presentation techniques, collaboration, and crisis handling.
  • Provide feedback, mentoring, and guidance to ensure measurable skill development.
Required Skillsets & Experience:
  • 5–7 years of proven experience as a Soft Skills / Communication Trainer, SME, or Learning Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Business Communication, Writing & Presentation Skills, Storytelling Techniques, SMART Goal Frameworks, Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication, Crisis Handling & Conflict Management, and Demonstrated ability to engage participants in virtual/remote training environments.
  • Excellent command of English with strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
