Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer business needs and translate them into scalable solutions using NetSuite.
  • Develop comprehensive solution designs and guide clients through the implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of ERP delivery, encompassing design, testing, validation, deployment, and user training.
  • Prepare detailed functional design documentation and configuration guides.
  • Create and execute test plans, including unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Identify and execute data migration strategies utilizing standard NetSuite tools.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to data, configuration, and processes.
  • Customize system features based on project scope and client requirements.
  • Deliver expert training on NetSuite ERP in areas such as chart of accounts, tax configuration, multi-subsidiary setup, vendor payments, and bank transactions.
