About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite professional to lead end-to-end implementation and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite ERP, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working with system integrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead complex NetSuite projects from planning to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of professionals and analysts, providing coaching and oversight to ensure successful project execution.
  • System Design and Configuration: Own NetSuite system design, configuration, and documentation across modules such as Financials, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, CRM, and Projects.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement process improvements, automation, and system integrations to drive business efficiency.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial and audit standards through effective system controls and governance processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Certifications: NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator) are highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SuiteSuccess methodology and industry verticals.
  • Working knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and NetSuite integration tools.
