Financial Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Solutions Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with financial systems, developing recommendations and influencing stakeholders to achieve results.

  • Develop business solutions that address complex problems, improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Analyzing business requirements and creating recommendations to meet client needs.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver customized solutions.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to management.
  • Providing support and guidance to colleagues to ensure project success.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with project implementation.
  • Documenting lessons learned and best practices from project delivery.
  • Contributing to the development of new services and offerings by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Certification in Workday platform is a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle.

Work Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Workday system is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines.
