About the Role:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven leader to build and scale our Experts on Demand (EoD) business globally. EoD is a high-growth division that provides middle-to-senior management-level experts for short-term, interim, fractional, or project-based assignments to clients across industries.

This role has full P&L responsibility and requires a blend of business development, operational excellence, and leadership to establish EoD as a leading flexible talent solution in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for EoD in APAC & the Middle East.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential industries, markets, and client segments.
  • Build a scalable business model, including pricing, service offerings, and delivery mechanisms.
  • Monitor market trends in flexible staffing, interim management, and gig-based leadership talent.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients (corporates, PE/VC portfolio companies, startups, etc.).
  • Build and manage a pipeline of expert talent (independent consultants, fractional executives, interim leaders).
  • Establish partnerships with consulting firms, industry networks, and talent platforms to expand reach.
  • Lead client pitches, negotiations, and contract structuring for expert deployments.

3. Operations & Talent Management

  • Design and implement processes for expert recruitment, vetting, matching, and deployment.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery by managing expert performance, client feedback, and assignment success.
  • Contribute to develop a technology-enabled platform for talent-client matching and engagement.
  • Mitigate risks related to contracting, compliance, and IP protection in cross-border engagements.

4. P&L Management

  • Own the full financial performance of the EoD business, including revenue, margins, and profitability.
  • Set and monitor KPIs (e.g., utilization rates, assignment duration, client retention).
  • Optimize cost structures while ensuring scalability.

5. Leadership & Team Building

  • Hire and lead a high-performing team (sales, operations, talent acquisition).
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and client-centricity.
  • Collaborate with other business units to leverage synergies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 15+ years in consulting, professional services, executive search, or staffing/talent solutions (preference for interim management/temp staffing experience).
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a revenue-generating business (startup or division within a larger firm).
  • Strong network in APAC/Middle East business ecosystems (corporate leaders, independent experts, investors).
  • Experience in P&L management, business development, and operational execution.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
