Human Resources Manager

Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources leader to oversee all aspects of our HR operations. The ideal candidate will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives, ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.
  • Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Full recruitment cycle management, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through staff development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Performance review processes management and collaboration with department heads on performance improvement plans.
  • Organization of training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
  • Legal compliance assurance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintenance of HR records and reports in compliance with audit and data privacy standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools.
