Job Overview

    • Engage in 15:30:60-day and 1:1 connects with employees to gather feedback and address concerns.
    • Design and implement connect programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting
    • Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the workforce.
    • Generate and present regular reports on engagement metrics and attrition trends.
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making on HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Surveys and Insights
    • Design and administer employee surveys to gather feedback and insights.
    • Analyze survey data to derive actionable insights and share findings with leadership.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
    • Oversee touch points throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to align initiatives with the broader talent management strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in HR analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
