Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Rewards Professional to drive our compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team and lead the development, implementation, and management of compensation structures, employee benefits programs, and reward systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement compensation structures that align with business objectives and market competitiveness.
  • Benchmarking and Market Analysis: Conduct benchmarking, salary surveys, and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Benefits Administration: Design and manage employee benefits programs, evaluating their effectiveness and recommending changes in line with employee needs and cost optimization.
  • Performance & Rewards: Drive annual compensation review cycles, partnering with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair, transparent, and performance-driven reward systems.
  • Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and company policies, maintaining governance and documentation for compensation & benefits programs.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Create dashboards, reports, and insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis, providing recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
