We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Performance Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic planning and implementation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing our Performance Management System (PMS), including Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology. This will involve working closely with senior leadership to align business goals with people performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing the PMS at organizational, departmental, and individual levels.
- Developing BSC-based scorecards to measure performance across financial, customer, internal process, and learning & growth perspectives.
- Defining SMART Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all four BSC dimensions.
- Generating dashboards and BSC reviews for strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading monthly, quarterly, annual, and mid-year performance review cycles. This will involve driving calibration and moderation processes across departments, ensuring objectivity, consistency, and linkage of performance to rewards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution.
- 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on performance management and balanced scorecard implementation.
- Industry preference: Electronics, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in BSC, PMS modules of HRMS systems, Excel, analytics, and dashboard tools.
