Job Title: Strategic Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a challenging leadership role at a growing law and consulting firm specializing in Indirect Taxation, GST litigation, and IBC.

  • The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in indirect tax, litigation & advisory with proven leadership skills to manage a full office setup.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing office operations, leading client engagements, expanding the firm's practice areas and client base, ensuring smooth project delivery, driving business growth initiatives, and mentoring lawyers and associates.
  • A strong understanding of business development, client relationship skills, drafting, communication, and networking abilities is essential.
  • Prior law firm or consulting leadership experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee entire office operations and team management
  • Lead client engagements in GST, litigation, and advisory matters
  • Expand the firm's practice areas and client base
  • Ensure smooth delivery of client projects with quality and timeliness
  • Drive strategic initiatives for business growth, partnerships, and visibility
  • Mentor and guide lawyers, associates, and interns

Requirements:

  • LL.B. / LL.M. qualification mandatory
  • Additional preference for CA / CMA / CS professionals with strong tax & corporate background
