Job Overview:

Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

This role will oversee the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership:
    • Provide strategic direction for RCM operations to align with business goals.
    • Develop policies and procedures to optimize performance.
    • Partner with stakeholders to ensure client needs are met.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Manage daily billing team operations, including charge entry, payment posting, and reporting.
    • Implement audit frameworks to monitor accuracy and compliance.
    • Standardize reporting cadence: daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for AR, denials, collections, and payer trends.
  • Talent Development:
    • Mentor offshore managers, team leads, and billers to enhance their skills and career growth.
    • Foster a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and evaluation frameworks.
    • Drive recruitment, training, and upskilling initiatives to maintain high-quality output.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
    • Participate in client calls, providing updates on revenue performance and improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance & Process Improvement:
    • Ensure adherence to U.S. healthcare billing regulations and HIPAA compliance.
    • Monitor payer changes, industry trends, and regulatory updates to update internal SOPs.
    • Leverage technology and automation tools to drive efficiency.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum 8+ years of U.S. healthcare RCM experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles overseeing offshore teams.
    • Deep knowledge of the end-to-end RCM cycle.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
