Job Title: Co-Founder

A key position is available in our organization, where you will shape the brand strategy, program content and long-term vision alongside the founder/ceo.

You will lead business development including b2b sales, executive networking, partnerships with corporates, gccs and kerala wellness vendors.

Also you will oversee operations including program delivery, vendor relations, team onboarding, client experience and quality assurance.

Further, you will guide marketing and messaging including company positioning, social media presence, thought leadership and client testimonials.

Additionally, you will drive financial planning including pre-sales execution, unit economics, investment rounds and expansion funding.

And finally, you will develop technology stack and analytics tools for personalization and roi tracking.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in executive leadership, corporate ld, wellness, startup or strategy roles.

They should also have a proven entrepreneurial mindset with experience building or scaling a business.

Moreover, they should have deep appreciation for indian philosophy and modern leadership able to synthesize both.

Furthermore, they should have strong network among corporates, startup communities and the wellness sector.

Finally, they should have exceptional communication, project management and stakeholder engagement ability.
