Job Title: Senior Financial Leadership Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse team of finance professionals and collaborate with senior leaders to achieve business goals
  • Oversee the development and implementation of accounting systems and processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial activities and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including banking leadership and regulatory bodies
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a banking or financial institution
  • Strong working knowledge of core banking platforms (Finacle, Flexcube), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and advanced MS Excel
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive change and influence at the executive level
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise financial insights
  • Strong adherence to ethics and integrity, with the ability to make sound decisions that align with organizational values
