Financial Management Professional

This is a comprehensive role involving the management of all finance operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily financial activities such as budgeting, spending, and cash flow analysis.
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Managing vendor, client, and employee payments, salary processing, and expense reimbursements with proper documentation.
  • Maintaining statutory compliance by ensuring timely filing and payment of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and coordinating with auditors for internal and external audits.
  • Conducting financial planning and cost optimization to maintain financial health.
  • Driving payment follow-ups, maintaining receivables/payables tracker, and handling banking and office visits as necessary.
  • Implementing and maintaining financial processes using ERP, Tally, SAP, and Excel.
  • Providing actionable financial insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Liaising with banks, consultants, and other external agencies as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Minimum 3–6 years' experience in finance management roles, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESI).
  • Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
