Job Title Accounts manager Location Kollam Kerala Department Accounts Finance Employment Type Full-time Experience Required 3-5 years Salary 40 000 - 50 000 per month About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled CA Inter qualified professional with strong expertise in Tally ERP to join our Accounts Finance team as a Accounts manager This role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and providing financial insights to support decision-making The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented technically sound and capable of mentoring junior team members Key Responsibilities Handle daily accounting activities including journal entries ledgers and reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP Manage accounts payable receivable and cash flow Prepare financial statements MIS and management reports Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities Ensure compliance with GST TDS and other statutory filings Assist in internal and external audits with accurate documentation Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules Guide and support junior accountants Coordinate with departments for financial reporting and analysis Manage vendor payments reconciliations petty cash and employee reimbursements Qualifications Skills Education Technical Skills CA Inter qualification Mandatory Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP Strong knowledge of accounting standards GST TDS and tax compliance Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Familiarity with banking operations and reconciliations Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player with leadership potential Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
