Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts payable accounts receivable bank reconciliations and journal entries Prepare and verify financial documents including invoices purchase orders and expense vouchers Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Manage GST TDS and other statutory compliance and filing Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for payment processing and account reconciliation Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems e g Tally ERP MS Excel Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes Monitor cash flows and report on variances Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or related field 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting preferably in the shipping or logistics industry Proficiency in Tally ERP MS Excel and other accounting tools Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards taxation and regulatory compliance Excellent analytical organizational and time-management skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
