Job Title Finance Manager Location Kollam Studio Company Thoughtful Natives Employment Type Full-time Thoughtful Natives is a creative and dynamic architecture design firm having studios in Kollam Calicut and Dubai We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure sustainable growth Job Summary As the Finance Manager at Thoughtful Natives you will be responsible for managing the financial health of our Kollam studio You will handle budgeting financial reporting cash flow management and compliance while providing strategic insights to support business decisions Key Responsibilities -Financial Planning Analysis - Prepare budgets forecasts and financial models - Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement -Accounting Compliance - Oversee bookkeeping invoicing and tax filings GST TDS etc - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and audit requirements -Cash Flow Fund Management - Manage accounts payable receivable and vendor payments - Optimize working capital and liquidity Financial Reporting - Generate monthly quarterly financial statements P L balance sheet cash flow - Present financial insights to leadership for decision-making -Process Improvement - Implement efficient financial systems and automation tools - Strengthen internal controls and risk management Team Collaboration - Work closely with project managers HR and leadership on financial strategy Qualifications Skills - Education B Com MBA MBA Finance or equivalent - Experience 2 years in finance accounting preferably in creative studio environments Technical Skills - Proficiency in Tally QuickBooks or Zoho Books - Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Detail-oriented with high integrity Why Join Us - Be part of a passionate creative team - Opportunity to shape financial strategies in a growing studio - Flexible and collaborative work environment Thoughtful Natives is an equal-opportunity employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
