Strategic Operations Manager

This is a strategic role that demands strong leadership, operational management, and collaboration skills. We seek an individual who can drive excellence in our operations.
- Build and own dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers to provide visibility into key metrics such as attendance, trials, hygiene audits, and escalations. This will enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Tech and Product teams to refine and rollout operations dashboards or tools that meet their needs.
- Support city and cluster leads in conducting high-quality governance rituals that promote accountability and transparency within the organization.
- As an integral part of our Field Support & Capability Building team, track and follow through on agreed actions, ensuring seamless execution of our operational strategy.
- Additionally, support the onboarding process for new Cluster Managers and Center Managers, helping them settle into their roles quickly and effectively.
