About Our Team

We are a leading provider of immersive training solutions using Virtual Reality (VR) for skilled trades and healthcare. Our programs prepare students for globally recognized certifications in HVAC, Solar, Automotive, Medical Assisting, and more.

We are expanding our team and are looking for a Business Relationship Professional based in India to support our growing client base in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct demo calls with prospective clients for our certification programs.
  • Build trust and provide guidance on program details, enrollment process, and next steps.
  • Answer client inquiries and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to support engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet business targets.
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback on client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in business relations, inside sales, or client support.
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients or in international markets is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Confident, professional, and fluent in conducting virtual presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with clients.
