Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assigned Territory Management: Handle assigned territories with expertise in Locks, Hardware & Sanitary Ware, Plywood, Ceramic, Cement, Furniture Hardware, Fasteners, Adhesives, Paints, Chemicals for home furnishing, Domestic use machinery, electronics Product Sales.
  2. Strategic Alliances: Establish and maintain relationships with strong and reliable channel partners for deeper market penetration and reach.
  3. Channel Sales: Manage Whole Seller Sales, Distributary Sales, Channel Sales, and Super Stockiest, ensuring effective strategies for sales growth.
  4. Dealer Performance: Monitor and motivate dealer performance, implementing strategies to maximize sales and revenue targets.
  5. Market Needs: Forecast demand and indent stocks based on market needs, ensuring optimum availability of products across all SKUs, handling logistics activities.

Requirements:

  • 2-9 years of experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with a dynamic team
