Territory Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing pre-owned cars and selling them in the assigned territory of the region, adhering to implemented SOPs.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong network of dealerships for the sourcing and selling of pre-owned cars
- Ensure the certification of True Value category vehicles
- Implement and ensure adherence to systems and processes as per guidelines
- Achieve sales targets
- Analyze dealer profitability and identify areas for improvement
- Track and analyze MIS reports
Major Challenges:
- Establish and maintain business relationships with new car channels for sourcing pre-owned cars
- Interact with dealerships at various levels to drive business performance
- Ensure timely completion of business processes, including refurbishment of pre-owned cars
- Monitor market share and competition
- Stay updated on new developments in the market, including technology and network advancements
Decision-Making Responsibilities:
- Drive field-level activities to generate business volume
- Make decisions on the certification of pre-owned cars
- Ensure dealer profitability
- Oversee regional marketing and sales promotion activities

- Parts and MSGA team members at ZO/RO

- Dealer Owner/CEO

- GM – True Value/True Value Manager at dealership
- GM – Service/Workshop Manager at dealership
- Parts and MSGA head of dealership
- MIS/EDP staff of dealership for timely completion of business activities
- Finance Partners for retail finance
Dimensions:
Financial Dimensions:
Conduct profitability analysis for improvement in key business parameters at the dealer level, and analyze prices for buying and margin improvement.
Other Dimensions:
Influence key stakeholders, including TVMs/GMs, Evaluators, and DSEs.
Skills and Knowledge:
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering and MBA or MBA from UGC/AICTE approved institutes only.
Work Experience:
3-4 years of experience preferably in Automobiles, Consumer Durables, Project Management, or Manufacturing.
