Job Title: Territory Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual to join our team as a Territory Business Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving division-wise primary targets and ensuring they meet or exceed secondary targets.

">

You will also be responsible for generating maximum prescriptions to increase market share, ensuring zero cases of expiry on Stockist shelves through timely liquidation of stocks, and sharing competitor and market information with the ABM and Division.

">

A strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills, you will prioritize doctors appropriately and meet with them at the right frequency.

">

You will leverage managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage with important customers and strengthen relationships. Additionally, you will plan and monitor new product introductions, stocking, and sales progress, providing timely information about new products to Stockists.

">

To succeed in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience in a similar field, with good analytical and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required, while a postgraduate degree is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve division-wise primary targets and ensure they meet or exceed secondary targets

• Generate maximum prescriptions to increase market share

• Ensure zero cases of expiry on Stockist shelves through timely liquidation of stocks

• Share competitor and market information with the ABM and Division

">

• Prioritize doctors appropriately and meet with them at the right frequency

• Leverage managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage with important customers and strengthen relationships

• Plan and monitor new product introductions, stocking, and sales progress

">

• Provide timely information about new products to Stockists

">

• Report field work on a daily basis in the assigned online system

">

• Organize camps (CMEs) as per the division strategy and customer needs

">

• Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan

">

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar field

">

• Good analytical and communication skills

">

• Bachelor's degree in any field

">

• Postgraduate degree desirable
