
Africa Territory Business Development Director

We are seeking a results-driven International Sales Manager to lead B2B sales initiatives in the Africa region.
About the RoleThis is a quota-carrying, management-level position responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partner management, market penetration, and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute territory-specific go-to-market (GTM) plans to achieve business objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Partner & Account Management: Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and resellers. Collaborate with regional distributors to develop pipelines, close deals, and drive revenue. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure high-value partnerships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Presales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure solution alignment and customer success. Provide market intelligence and feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Performance & Reporting: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM data. Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports for management.
- Travel & Representation: Represent the company in international business meetings, trade shows, and industry events (as required).
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software solution sales, particularly in ITSM, AIOps, or NMS, with a proven ability to operate effectively in international markets.
