
Business Development Officer

The BDO at LifeCell International Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for managing sales, business development, and operational execution in a designated territory. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery within the assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and drive customer acquisition efforts.
- Visit healthcare professionals (e.g., GYNs, FMFs, etc.) within the assigned territory to generate revenue opportunities.
- Engage with institutional clients such as major hospitals and local laboratories to promote outsource testing services.
- Maintain and expand business by nurturing existing relationships while onboarding new accounts.
- Identify and engage potential customers, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Execute promotional campaigns, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and awareness programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific strategies and materials.
Key Skills & Competencies:

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 0-1 year in sales, business development, or healthcare marketing, preferably in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
