About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Incident Manager to join our team. As an Incident Manager, you will be responsible for leading the response to major IT incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead the incident management process, ensuring effective resolution of major IT incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, including root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven experience in incident management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
