Our Global Capability Center (GCC) vertical specifically supports SMBs aiming to set up micro GCCs in India, providing talent acquisition, infrastructural setup, and operational management.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will contribute to our expansion in the GCC and Entity Management Services space. This role requires an individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in B2B sales through cold calling and appointment setting. You will work directly with our Sales Head to generate leads and create potential client engagement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting: Effectively communicate and set up meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct basic research to identify prospective clients in target markets, including startups, SMBs, and growth-stage companies.
  • Pitch Development: Understand and articulate SimplyBiz's value proposition and tailor pitches to match prospective client needs.
  • Appointment Setting: Initiate calls to prospective clients, from our database and set appointments for the Sales team to take over.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism during client interactions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (preferably Zoho CRM/HubSpot) and basic MS Office tools.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve results.

Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹30,00,000 - ₹45,00,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
