Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Strategist to drive growth and expand our reach in the K9 and K12 education segments. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Ed-tech industry, specifically in K9 and K12 education. You will be responsible for:

  • Daily outreach to potential clients via cold calls to understand their requirements and recommend suitable courses.
  • Regularly attending conductions within Hyderabad to connect with clients, address their concerns, and close deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience from initial contact through enrolment.
  • Identifying and counselling clients on the benefits of our courses, addressing concerns, and helping them make informed decisions.
  • Understanding the unique needs and challenges of clients in the K9 and K12 segments and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Tracking progress in CRM tools, managing leads, and ensuring regular follow-ups for maximum client engagement.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Ed-tech industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the K9 and K12 education landscape and understanding of current trends and challenges.
