Job Overview:
HSAG Consulting Private Limited is seeking a skilled Front Desk Team Lead to manage the reception area, providing exceptional service to clients and guests. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with Excel.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls to respective employees or departments. They will also maintain records, file documents, and greet clients and guests. In addition, they should have good communication skills and experience working on Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to respective employees or departments.
- Maintain accurate records and file documents in a timely manner.
- Greet and assist clients and guests, providing exceptional service.
- Utilize Excel skills to perform administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Proficiency in using Excel for administrative tasks.
- Any graduate degree is preferred.

The salary for this position is approximately ₹3,00,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
