Job Description:

As a Front Office Executive at NIRMAL, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attending to incoming calls and receiving guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receiving and processing inbound bills and couriers, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating with the sales team to provide support and assistance as needed.
  • Preparing and sending out-bound envelopes and couriers, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team, including handling faxes and maintaining records.
  • Analyzing costs incurred by the site office and preparing reports in coordination with the HRD team.
  • Supervising the office assistant/boy and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area.

Requirements:
  • Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality.
  • 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.
