School Leader Opportunity

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our CBSE school in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance academic and administrative performance.
  • Provide leadership to build a strong team, improve overall performance, and assess processes for improvement.
  • Effectively manage people, infrastructure, and resources to meet set expectations on revenue, cost optimization, and finance-related matters.
  • Enhance brand equity of the school and connect with stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Academic and Co-Curricular Programs:
  • Enhance curriculum and pedagogies for CBSE, integrating with entrance examinations in senior secondary.
  • Ensure delivery of academic programs within quality, cost, and timelines parameters.
  • Implement co-scholastic programs as per mandated standards and procedures.
Administrative Duties:
  • Execute duties with high standards, including internal functioning and interface with external authorities and stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for admissions, time table, allocation of duties, supervision of staff, facilities, transportation, and infrastructure management.
Brand Building and Promotion:
  • Deal with critical issues pertaining to stakeholders, networking for brand building, promotion, and sustenance.
  • Maintain safety, security, and hygiene of students, teachers, and support staff in school precincts.
Sustainability Objectives:
  • Develop and deploy action plans to achieve sustainability objectives with a focus on the future.
  • Set goals, identify benchmarks, priorities, resource allocation, and budgets.
People Management and Development:
  • Set performance projections, standards, and benchmarks for institution and staff, monitoring their progress.
  • Groom employees for critical positions, succession planning, and employee development.
Process Improvement:
  • Exercise decisions to improve academic and support processes, covering administration, finances, service offerings, brand building, stakeholder management, and regulatory management.
