Job Title: International Team Leader – Edtech Sales

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic leader to spearhead a team of education counsellors.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, client relationship building, and achieving sales targets in the education domain.

This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional with excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Key responsibilities include leading and managing a team of education counsellors, driving the team towards achieving sales targets, and monitoring team productivity and performance.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and existing clients, and providing training and mentorship to the team.

Essential skills and competencies include proven experience in leading a counselling/sales team, excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and strong client handling and negotiation skills.

  • The ideal candidate should also be able to inspire, coach, and lead by example, with a target-driven mindset and a focus on results.
  • A sound knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems is also essential.
