Leadership Opportunity in Education

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to lead and inspire a team of dynamic education counsellors. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven team leader with a passion for the education industry to make a meaningful impact.

The ideal candidate will have edtech/inside sales experience, excellent client handling and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in CRM tools and reporting. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, ensuring team KPIs & targets are met, analyzing and reporting sales metrics, and driving upselling & cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of education counsellors and ensuring that they meet their targets and KPIs. You will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting sales metrics and developing strategies to improve sales performance.
  • You will work closely with the team to ensure that they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
