Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Team Lead, located in New Delhi. The Finance Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing accounting functions. The individual will also be tasked with providing financial insights to support business decisions, conducting financial analysis, and leading a team of finance professionals.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Financial Statements, Accounting, and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
