Education Leader

The director is responsible for leading and managing overall college & staff members. Key to this role are leadership, management and collaboration skills.
Key responsibilities of the director include:
- Developing and implementing an academic plan for the institute.
- Establishing policies and procedures to ensure that academic offerings are relevant and of high quality.
- Maintaining and developing an appropriate assessment framework.
- Proposing and managing the Academic budget.
In addition, the director will be responsible for:
- Encouraging students to participate in various national/international education programs.
- Initiating and promoting ethically accountable research.
- Setting up processes to facilitate research of high quality.
- Creating a dynamic research environment.
The director will also ensure policy and procedures comply with statutory guidelines, enforce decisions and policies as per regulatory bodies and maintain accreditation standards.
