Data-Driven Customer Experience Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at East Vantage. This role involves playing a crucial part in enhancing customer experience, retention, and growth by identifying key opportunities in real-time and presenting actionable insights to various teams.
About the Role:
- Collect, stitch, and analyze Voice of Customer and CX data to surface valuable customer feedback.
- Develop impactful presentations that drive action across the organization, collaborating with analysts and directors.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements and extract data-driven insights.
- Maintain Qualtrics dashboards and surveys, taking on ad-hoc tasks related to XM platform onboarding and maintenance.
- Create PowerPoint decks and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science).
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical or customer insights function.
- Familiarity with SQL and Google Big Query, as well as statistical techniques like profiling, regression analysis, trend analysis, and segmentation.
- 1+ year of experience working with Experience Management platforms (Qualtrics, Medallia).
