We are seeking a skilled Data-Driven Brand Strategist to join our team in India. This full-time position will report directly to the Customer Insights & Analytics Manager for India.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing consumer and customer behavior, market trends, and brand performance to provide valuable insights that drive business growth and enhance brand perception.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of consumer behavior and evaluating the perception of the brand in the market and among target audiences.
- Maintaining close collaboration with Customer Activation & marketing teams to ensure brand positioning and messaging align with consumer insights.
- Providing data-driven insights to support the development of marketing strategies and plans.
- Analyzing consumer and customer feedback using the global Brand and Customer Voice toolbox to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong brand and commercial focus, proven analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical techniques.
You should also be able to translate insights into actionable strategies, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders.
