This role is responsible for driving significant business expansion by identifying market opportunities, developing new revenue streams, and enhancing the customer base. The Strategic Business Growth Manager will work closely with senior leadership to devise and execute short- and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the total business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the center.
- Enhance student visits, enquiries, and admissions for digital marketing courses offered by MCTA and achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
- Provide counseling services for new visitors and follow-up with students who visited the institute to maximize enrolments.
- Coordinate with event teams on organizing seminars/workshops in colleges.
- Ensure timely collections of fees as per fee schedule from students.
- Manage student certifications, exam schedules, and handle student queries.
- Coordinate with faculty and students on lecture and test schedules.
- Maintain positive relations with students and ensure high levels of student satisfaction and resolve student concerns/queries effectively.
